2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
- Any quote provided via the Site, phone, text, or email is an estimate based on the information you share. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection or based on actual vehicle condition.
- Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, level of contamination, pet hair, stains, odor removal needs, or other special conditions.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we can perform service safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and location.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
- Remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service.
- Inform us of pre-existing damage, sensitive materials, aftermarket modifications, or mechanical/electrical issues.
Straza Detailing is not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Appointments may be scheduled through our Site, phone, or message.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- If you are late and it impacts the schedule, we may need to reschedule.
Weather policy: Because we are mobile, severe weather (heavy rain, snow, unsafe temperatures) may require rescheduling. We will coordinate a new time with you at no extra charge.
5. Satisfaction Policy
We take pride in high-quality work. If you are not satisfied:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.
- Normal wear, deep scratches beyond safe correction, or permanent staining are not grounds for refund if we previously explained limitations.
6. Limitations and Results Disclaimer
Detailing results depend on vehicle condition and material aging. You acknowledge that:
- Some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may be permanent.
- Paint correction improves appearance but does not guarantee 100% removal of defects.
- Ceramic coatings enhance protection but do not make paint “scratch-proof.”
We will always aim for the best possible outcome within safe detailing standards.
7. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, videos, and design—is owned by Straza Detailing or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

- service outcomes limited by vehicle condition,
- loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
